Nothing urgent; just one thing (commit by Alex) leading to another (discussing,
and reading on the Apache pages that the preferred convention for those files
is without the ".txt" suffix).
There is obviously a bug either in "commons-parent" (?) or
"commons-release-plugin" (?) if they do not take into account the preferred
policy, so a heads-up on "dev" will be welcome. As said, maybe it will be
fixed quickly.
Then, if you are in a hurry, just "git reset" (on the branch which you've
created for the "beta1" release) to the commit before the name changes. :-)
