1. WEBDAV4 GenericURLFileName hardcoded scheme won't work for https connection
2. Htt4/Http5 proxy authentication details are not set correctly default user
auth set to proxy auth which is wrong
3. SSL connection setting keystore type should be supported
4. NGINX(WEBDAV)/SQUID breaking with SSL connection when socketfactory not set
5. allow user to set proxy scheme
