My project use Apache Commons pool 2.8.1 and l download it from official
website(http://commons.apache.org/proper/commons-pool/download_pool.cgi).
But now, l cannot find the download channel of Apache Commons pool 2.8.1 in
[https://mirror-hk.koddos.net/apache//commons/pool/source/] .
Why Apache Commons pool 2.8.1 would remove from the official website？Weather
Version 2.8.1 can restore the download channel in official space?
