I propose the addition of new modules providing input/output support for
commons geometric data formats. The new modules would be
# {{commons-geometry-core-io}} - Core space-independent interfaces and classes.
# {{commons-geometry-euclidean-io}} - Euclidean IO classes.
The main goals of the modules would be to
# Provide convenient IO functionality for common data formats.
# Provide a similar API across spaces and dimensions.
# Provide extension points for users to add support for additional data
formats and data structures.
