I think one third option would be if one of the person think in some point
someone would be benefit of this functions. I guess would be helpful for
someone who need to load several class and in run timme need extra information
about a method.
The same spirit for someone who what to what to get Matching Accessible
Constructor (getMatchingAccessibleConstructor).
