Yuriy Kryshchuk commented on CONTINUUM-1709:
--------------------------------------------
I did not do that!
As you may see on screenshot
http://jira.codehaus.org/secure/attachment/33579/release-preparation-input.jpg
the URL was constructed correctly from the information in POM.
On the preparation input page I only entered my SCM username and password.
Everything else was guessed by continuum perfectly.
The username appears in the URL later - on the step when the version is tagged.
I would suggest the system to work in following way:
if I do not specify SCM credentials, then continuum shall rely on defaults.
But continuum says those two parameters (username/password) are mandatory on
release preparation input form.
As I already explained earlier, my continuum instance is running under the user
which has access to SVN. But it seems that continuum initializes the maven
execution in wrong way - it forces maven to use my username in tag target, but
relies on defaults for tag source...
I guess you understand what I mean.
thank you
