At what point in the release process do you change the local repository?
(Before 'prepare' or in between 'prepare' and 'perform'?)
What artifacts does it complain are missing? (Are they third-party jars, or
things from your own project?)
How is your project structured? There are also some projects that need to run
through 'install' rather than the default 'integration-test' in the 'prepare'
step. A webapp that includes an applet built in a sibling module is an
example.
