URLs with Query String appears not work properly

Hey,
I was using Continuum 1.0.3 for our projects in our company and now we have
decided to migrate to 1.1. In 1.0.3 URLs with query string such as
https://mail.mycompany.com/viewvc/viewvc.cgi/project-front-end/trunk/acme-artifacts/pom.xml?cview=co
works properly but in 1.1 it seems for our logs in Apache and in Continuum that
it invokes
https://mail.mycompany.com/viewvc/viewvc.cgi/project-front-end/trunk/acme-artifacts/pom.xml
any help please?
