When giving registered user "Project Administrator" role to one of the created
projects, he/she is able to change/alter the default user "admin" role

I log in as a registered user who has "Project Administrator" role to one of
the newly created projects, and then I am able to remove default user "admin"
"System Administrator" role. Thus, default user "admin" no longer have any
access to Continuum projects (i.e. Project Groups list is empty. )
