Project group's homepage URL fix does not seem to work from CONTINUUM-1899

Applied fix from rev# 700252, I can now edit the project homepage URL and save
the URL change. However, after click any other links and browse back to the
project, ex: click "Show Project Groups" -> "My Maven2 Project", the URL is
automatically reset to it's original again.
