Better message needed in build log when build times out

When a build times out, it is killed. That is expected. There is a nice
message in the Continuum log that says "Task [EMAIL PROTECTED] didn't complete
within time, cancelling it." Unfortunately, the build log is not so helpful.
It says "The build was cancelled." This could lead (and has led) to developers
thinking that other developers are cancelling their builds. Would be nice to
get a more descriptive message in the build log.
