Adding root of multi-module project as recursive build actually adds it as

When adding a new project and checking the "For multi modules project, load
only root as recursive build" checkbox, the root of my multi-module project is
added successfully, but it uses a recursive build definition. Since I told it
to use my default build definition, which is non-recursive, I'm not terribly
surprised. But the text next to the checkbox implies it should be recursive.
Not sure if the text is wrong or the behavior is wrong.
