pom corrupted

a corrupted pom is installed in the repository by this version of continuum
(1.2.2)
This is not the case with continuum 1.1beta4 or when it is build by maven only
(2.08)
Replacing the dependency pom by a "fresh" in the repository solve, until next
build, the problem...
