Need to update docs for changes in CONTINUUM-1572
- update screen shot on
http://continuum.apache.org/docs/1.2.2/user_guides/release/prepare.html to show
build env selection
- update http://continuum.apache.org/docs/1.2.2/user_guides/release/index.html
to discuss what happens after the release, that the results are available on
the new tab, can be deleted, etc.
