500 Error after editing project group info

As there is a refresh meta (<meta http-equiv="refresh" content="30"/>) on the
project group page, it can leads to errors.
For example:
- Go to a project group page
- Edit the group and save
- The url is now something like: saveProjectGroup.action
- after 30s, the refresh meta starts => Error 500
This system works fine when user stays on projectGroupSummary.action page but
if the url changes, there is an error as we call an action without any
information.
