Incorrect build state in continuum page

I recently upgraded continuum 1.1 to 1.2.3 and have been having incorrect build
state for the projects. I have multi-module projects and many projects and
sometimes the build state shows that it is in error when actually it is
successful and I don't receive an email for that as well.
If I force a build, it gets back to the correct build state.
In one instance, the build state showed that it was "in progress" when it was
actually done. I could not cancel or re-trigger the build due to this status. I
had to restart continuum and the build showed that it was in error.
