Continuum read the notifier definition only at project initialisation time. The
notifiers are not editable/deleteable (grey).
If there are changes in the projekt and new developers come in, continuum does
not get the changes in the definitions form the maven2 pom file.
It would be better, if continuum update the notifier-definitions every time
AFTER checkout, BEFORE start of compilation.
