The upgrade documentation at

to the data management utility (archive data-management-cli-1.2-app.jar) on the
repo1.maven.org server:

However, the link is dead.
The file can stillbe found in the ibiblio.org repository, though:
http://mirrors.ibiblio.org/pub/mirrors/maven2/org/apache/continuum/data-management-cli/1.2/data-management-cli-1.2-app.jar
The links should be corrected or deployment to the main Maven repository fixed.
