Deploying built war to an xisting Jetty installation.
Documentation assumes that you know how to 'use jetty-plus.xml'
It would seem that there is a belt and braces problem ie two mechanisms
in Debian of enabling jetty-plus: uncomment in file and include file through
jetty.conf
Not your problem, but it wasted so much of my time that I think it should be
added to docs.
