wrapper log is not rolling

The wrapper.log file is not rolling daily like the other log files do.
Currently on vmbuild wraapper.log contains info from 2008/09/22 forward.
It should be configured to roll daily at least, and possibly also when it
reaches a certain size. (Can you do both?)
