Ability to disable all non Maven2 stuff

In my organisation we are only using Maven2. It would be great to have a ways
to disable/hide all non Maven2 features like:
- Add a project (Maven1/Ant/Shell) in left menu
- Build definition templates (Default Maven1/Default Ant/Default Shell) when
importing a new Maven 2 project (see bug CONTINUUM-2334)
