I can't seem to reproduce this with 1.3.4, but I might not be doing it right.
I'm not sure what you mean by "Updating ProjectB" since the only thing a user
can do is force a build or release.
If this is still a problem, can you check in a couple of projects under
sandbox/examples and give the steps to reproduce it?
