Summary: Ability to re-order the projects in a group (was: Project
Group - add project behaves unexpectedly)
As far as I can tell, the Member Projects are always listed in alphabetical
order. If that's true we can document the behavior.
The ability to re-order the projects would be a new feature, we'll keep this
issue open to discuss that.
