Continuum relies on Codehaus Redback for the user management piece, and as far
as I know it doesn't have an XMLRPC interface. I did find an open issue with a
patch: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/REDBACK-175 . You might want to watch
and/or comment on that issue.
