Resolution: Fixed
Fix for the broken jetty:run (due to the code coverage config) committed to
1.3.x branch -r820585 with the following fixes:
* configure multiple sources for jetty:run (continuum config files and unpacked
redback files)
* unpack redback war dependency to target dir, jsp files are needed when
accessing webapp
* removed unnecessary config in clean plugin
