Editing a build definition should use POST instead of GET

When editing a build definition, the form method is GET which can result in a
very long url.
The length of the url caused problems with the httpd proxy we use in front of
Continuum.
In addition, the action has side effects and should be a POST.
I can't think of a reason to need the information to show in the URL, I doubt
anyone would bookmark the result of an edit.
