I finally was able to setup Continuum against our LDAPS, all looks working
fine. At our LDAP our user name is all uppercase, if I login into Continuum
with uppercase will found the user and authenticate, if I try to login at
lowercase it will not find the user and fails authentication.
i.e.
uid = A1234
Authenticate using : A1234 - authenticates
Authenticate using : a1234 - fails authentication
