My workaround:
Added a "Build Definition" "nothing" with empty goal and shedule NEVER (0 0 * *
* ? 1990)
Assigned the "nothing" to "Default Maven 1 Template".
When adding a project the group definitions are use and the never called
"nothing" build definition is added to the project (and no
IndexOutOfBoundsException appears).
