Show SVN revison number in SCM changes section of Build result pages

The SCM changes section of a Build result page does not show the SVN revision
number.
It would be helpful if the revision number were shown too.
Likewise for any other SCM providers - whatever unique id they provide for a
change should be shown in the display.
