The web page titles don't include the project name, so can be difficult to find
the correct tab if several are open.
For example, the project page title is:
Continuum - Continuum Project
whereas it could be
Continuum Project ABCD
or even
Project ABCD
Similarly for:
Continuum - Build Results
Continuum - Project Group
- this title is particulary confusing as it is used for:
Summary, Members, Build Definitions, Notifiers, Release Results
