Project Name gets reset when build occurs

The Project Information screen allows one to change the project name.
This is useful for e.g. Apache Commons, which has two versions of Lang
currently.
However, when the project is built, the project name is reset to the original.
If the name can be changed on the Info screen, then surely changes should be
retained?
