I tried replicating this issue with concurrent access but no luck for me.
This seems intermittent, am I right?
Could this be related to http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/WW-3027 ?
Continuum version used is 1.3.5 which uses 2.0.7 of com.opensymphony:xwork
