I don't think the language switch is related to the unfinished builds as I've
seen it on almost any page, and the bug in xwork seems most likely.
As for the stale openejb builds - these have been hanging and never returning
to Continuum. It does need to clean up, but that seems to be identical to
CONTINUUM-1704 that you've linked already - is there something different you
wanted to report here?
