Editing user roles in continuum clobbers archiva redback roles

Due to a bug in the redback struts2 integration code, editing user roles in
archiva removes all continuum redback roles when they share the user database.
There is a patch that addresses the issue, but archiva and continuum both need
to be updated to a new version of redback to include the fix.
