I am able to fix this issue. Patch for this issue;
The getProjectNotifiers( List<ProjectNotifier> notifiers ) in
AbstractBuildExecutor.java under continuum-buildagent-core has been changed.
PFA the patch.diff file and continuum-buildagent-core-1.3.7.jar file.
