Commons NET has GROUP build and a PROJECT build.
The project build is marked as default=true, and this shows up when the build
is editted.
However when the group build is selected for editting, this also shows as
default=true, even though the summary screen clearly shows that it is not the
default for NET. This is confusing.
Also it does not appear to be possible to change the default from the project
build to the group build as there is no checkbox on either edit screen.
