As a continuum user without access to the host environment, I would like the
ability to view application logs in the web application so that troubleshooting
issues is possible without getting host access.
Because some of this information may present a security risk, this ability
should be protected by privileges and should not be exposed to untrusted users.
Because application logs can be large, providing a fast fixed-size may be
necessary for application stability.
