Please refer to CONTINUUM-1965 for more details, since it had a more detailed
report. Fixing this for 1.4/1.5 will require more unraveling since it appears
that canceled builds are intentionally removed from the database entirely. It
still seems like a reasonable issue to address, but until I get a better idea
about the motivations for canceled build removal I can't say for sure where
this fits in.
