This also presents performance and stability problems, especially when the
number of results exceeds what can fit into the JVM's available heap space.
Simply visiting the results page can crash Continuum.
It is possible to make accessing large sets of build results extremely
efficient by using indexes and avoiding operations that require full table
scans like aggregation.
