Windows Phone contacts don't always contain a name, sometimes they are just an
email or they have a company name instead.
When using navigator.contacts.find to get all the contacts on the phone, there
is a NullReferecnceException when these contacts are encountered. This
exception occurs in the FormatJSONContact function of Contacts.cs which crashes
the application.
