I'd like to request a phonegap API that can mute the device and/or control the
audio volume of the device. This can be useful for many applications.
I know that there are differences in what iOS and Android allow the developer
to do, but I am guessing if the feature is implement at least on Android and
WP8, it will be quite useful.
