Filip Maj resolved CB-2499.
---------------------------
Resolution: Won't Fix
It really depends on the platform. This sort of stuff always ties back to
native code, so in terms of providing a JavaScript-based abstraction over the
native specifics, the Cordova project will likely not tackle that.
For prior client work involving this type of requirement, we have repurposed
the Camera API (which is a Cordova plugin on its own) to provide the necessary
changes on the native end. This can yield a completely customizable interface.
See the following for ideas on this:

>
> When you take a photo it takes you to a confirmation screen with Save and
> Discard buttons.
> We have our own interface that show the picture with more controls overlaid.
> So at the moment the users have to confirm the picture twice. There is no
> control with the built in confirmation screen .
>
> Is it possible to somehow skip the Save/Discard (confirmation screen) screen
> when taking a photo?
>
> Thanks
