I should also note that the Cordova and PhoneGap distributions of BlackBerry
are pretty much the same now. In that, the folder that contains the BlackBerry
project in both have the same contents as the git project. Except in the
PhoneGap download, it has a folder called example/ which is what the sample/
used to be.
