Resolution: Cannot Reproduce
I've tested this on both the Nexus 4 (4.2.2), the HTC One X (AT&T Build, 4.0.3)
and the Nexus S (Android 2.3.6). This issue appears to be resolved, and if
it's an emulator only issue, it could be the fact that the emulator doesn't
really have the ability to record anything.
