Fix For: 2.7.0
Add a script that streams a log from a running cordova app, either on a
connected device or running emulator.
If the action is not supported (I think it's not possible on BB), that is fine.
In that case, please have the script error out with an appropriate message
(with potential workaround described, if available) and exit with code 1.
