One more update --
Per the mailing list conversation[1], I've removed {{vformat}} from
{{cordova.utils}}, and {{format}} with it. They have been replaced with
{{logger.format}}, which has the same signature as {{console.log}}, but returns
the formatted string.
Pull request updated.
