This is actually a problem with the phantom test (11 and a half), "should
return MediaError for bad file name".
In the browser a dialog appears when passing in a bad media file, but in a
cordova / WebWorks application the dialog event is not handled properly,
causing the WebView to pause.
The media plugin will need some controller logic added to skip over the dialog.
