I see the attached commit updates the VERSION files. Would be great if this
logic could be added to the coho tool (it is for some other platforms).
However, bug is missing the commit showing cordova.js being updated.
Could you also comment on whether & how you addressed steps 1-5 before marking
the issue as fixed?
