Just downloaded and created fresh PhoneGap 2.6.0 android project, and even
though I still get the same 404 errors, the deviceready event is fired. Bottom
line, I dont think the 404 errors are the issue, something changed in 2.7.0
affecting the deviceready event for ripple.
