I'm using the InAppBrowser to popup a browser to do OAuth.
During that process I don't want the user to be confused by more buttons - and
they are not buttons they can use anyway. I simply want to be able to show the
URL bar so that they don't think I'm phishing their account, so showing more
URL bar (i.e. full width) would be even better.
